KAGS Warranty Terms
Warranty Coverage
1. KAGS Ultra-Lightweight Spine Protection Backpacks come with a 1-year carry-in warranty service (calculated from the date of purchase; customers must retain the purchase receipt for verification).
(Purchases made directly on the KAGS official website or at KAGS book fair booths are eligible for an additional 6-month warranty, totaling 18 months.)
Important Note: No paid repair services will be provided after the warranty period expires.
2. The ESSENTIALS series lightweight multi-purpose backpacks come with a 6-month carry-in warranty service (calculated from the date of purchase; customers must retain the purchase receipt for verification).
3. The LOCATE ME series comes with a 1-year carry-in warranty service (calculated from the date of purchase; customers must retain the purchase receipt for verification).
The following products are not covered under warranty:
1. WEEKEND casual bag series
2. Water bottles
3. Pencil cases
4. Shoe bags
5. Safe Buddies series
6. PERSONALISE ME series 5cm embroidered badges
Warranty Exemptions
The company reserves the right to refuse repair services under the following conditions:
1. Any damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or other external factors.
2. Cosmetic changes, including but not limited to stains, fading, scratches, dents, etc.
3. Natural wear and tear or aging of the product over time.
4. Damage caused by human error, destruction, negligence, or failure to follow product usage instructions.
5. Failure to provide a valid purchase invoice/receipt.
6. The company reserves the final right of decision in case of any disputes.
Warranty Registration Extension
Please complete online registration within 14 days of purchase. Late registrations will not be accepted.
Repair Services
To arrange for repair services, customers must provide the following information via email or WhatsApp (+852 59511360):
- Name
- Contact number
- Email address
- Backpack model
- Backpack color
- Invoice number (must be provided)
- Purchase date (must be provided)
- Purchase location (must be provided)
Application Steps:
1. Receipt Verification
▸ Provide a clear photo of the complete purchase receipt (must show purchase date, product model, and sales channel).
2. Damage Assessment
▸ Submit 3-5 clear photos of the damaged area from different angles.
▸ Photos must include the overall condition of the backpack and close-ups of the damaged area.
3. Shipping Arrangement
▸ Send the following items to the service center via "sender-paid" shipping:
o Backpack requiring repair
o A note with "Name/Phone Number/Address" written clearly
▸ Customers should keep all accessories and decorations.
The company provides carry-in repair services only for products with a valid purchase invoice. Customers must make an appointment and may visit in person or send the product via "sender-paid" shipping to the following address. (Excludes all personal, consumable, human-induced, or natural disaster-related damages.)
(The company reserves the right to refuse repair services for walk-ins without prior appointment.)

Products Under Warranty
Eligible damages will receive free repairs, with a processing time of 3-5 working days.
Important Notes
1. A copy of the invoice must be provided to avail of warranty services.
2. Repairs/replacements are subject to the extent of damage. Accessories or decorations on the backpack will not be returned; please remove them beforehand.
3. Customers opting for self-repair after assessment must arrange their own logistics to and from the service center. Courier fees, if applicable, will be borne by the customer.
