Can we wash the school bag with our washing machine?

# We do not recommend the bag to be washed with washing machines. It will wash out the water repellent coating on the surface. 

Do I need rain cover for my school bag?

# The bag and the zippers are water repellent. As long as the zippers are properly closed, the rain shouldn’t be able to wet the books inside the bags. Typhoon or rainstorm warnings would be exceptional cases.

Can I bleach the school bag?

# The bag is not supposed to be bleached, even colour bleach. It washes the water repellent coating away. 

 What should I do if the zipper of the bag is broken?

# The zipper is often the easiest to be damaged. It's like the charging cable of your mobile phone, we pull them everyday. Don't hesitate to contact us for repairing. Present the original receipts (issued by KAGS Limied or authorized sales channels) will enjoy 12mths free of charge warranty.

# Yes, we have different models for junior pupils and for taller and more well built pupils. Buying the right size bags for your kids is so important while they need to use it to carry those very heavy books everyday. 

How long would it take to arrive if I order the bag now?

# It usually arrives within 2 business days domestically (Hong Kong) and 3-4 business days within the Greater China & South East Asia area. Other regions will depend on the courier but usually within a week.
