KAGS Warranty Terms 

 

Warranty Coverage

- KAGS Ultra-Lightweight Spine Protection Backpacks: 1-year warranty (from the date customer purchased the product, customers should retain their sales receipt) 

- ESSENTIALS Series Lightweight Multi-Purpose Backpacks: 6-month warranty (from the date customer purchased the product, customers should retain their sales receipt) 

 

Products Not Covered Under Warranty

1. WEEKEND Casual Bag Series

2. Water Bottles 

3. Pencil Cases  

4. Shoe Bags 

 

Exclusions to the warranty

Warranty does not apply under the following conditions:

1. Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or external factors. 

2. Cosmetic changes, including but not limited to stains, fading, scratches, or dents. 

3. Natural wear and tear or aging over time. 

4. Damage due to user error, mishandling, negligence, or failure to follow product usage instructions. 

5. Customers could not present their sales receipt.

6. In case of any dispute, KAGS reserves the rights for any final decision.

 

Warranty Registration Extension

Please complete online registration within **14 days** of purchase. Late registrations will not be accepted.

Walk-In Repair Service

We offer carry-in repair services only for products with a valid invoice. 

(Excludes all personal, consumable, accidental, or natural disaster-related damages.) 

(KAGS reserves the right to refuse service for walk-ins without prior appointment.)

In-Warranty Repairs

Eligible damages will be repaired free of charge within 3-5 working days. 

 

Important Notes

1. A copy of the invoice is required for warranty service. 

2. Repairs/replacements are subject to damage assessment. Accessories or decorative items on backpacks will not be returned—please remove them beforehand. 

3. Customers opting for self-repair after assessment must arrange their own logistics to and from the service center. Courier fees will be borne by the customer.
