Return Policy

KAGS Return & Exchange Policy

 

KAGS is committed to ensuring 100% customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product, we offer return and exchange services. Please carefully review the following terms and conditions: 

 

Return & Exchange Terms

Before requesting a return or exchange, please contact us via email and provide your order confirmation or invoice number. All returns/exchanges must meet the following conditions: 

 

1. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email our Customer Service team at cs@mykags.com within 7 business days of receipt. Our team will provide instructions on how to proceed. Note that damaged/defective items must be reported within 7 business days of delivery. We aim to process return/exchange requests within 7–14 business days. 

 

2. All product images on our website are for reference only, and slight variations may exist. Therefore, we DO NOT accept returns/exchanges due to differences between the actual product and images (e.g., size, color, or design). 

 

3. We ONLY accept returns/exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. We DO NOT accept returns/exchanges due to: 

   (i) Change of mind, 

   (ii) Personal preference, or 

   (iii) Product quality not meeting expectations. 

   To ensure the product meets your needs, please review the product description and specifications carefully before purchasing. 

 

4. Products that have been disassembled, used, malfunctioned, scratched, stained, or otherwise altered are not eligible for return or exchange. 

 

5. To qualify for a return/exchange, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and include all packaging, accessories, and tags. Missing or damaged components may affect eligibility. KAGS reserves the right to deny returns/exchanges if the product shows signs of use, damage, or modification. 

 

6. Each product may only be exchanged once, subject to the conditions of this policy. KAGS reserves the right to suspend or cancel return/exchange privileges for customers who: 

   - Request multiple returns/exchanges for the same product unreasonably, or 

   - Are suspected of fraud or abuse of this policy. 

 

7. Products must be purchased directly from mykags.com or invoiced by KAGS Limited. 

 

8. Return shipping fees are non-refundable, customers are responsible for shipping costs to our service center. 

 

9. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to prevent loss or damage during transit. 

 

10. Refunds/exchanges will be processed within 7–14 business days after we receive the returned item. 

 

11. Products purchased through authorized resellers are subject to the reseller’s sales and return policies. Please contact the reseller directly for assistance. 

 

12. KAGS reserves the right to reject any return/exchange request that does not meet the above conditions.
